Why? In fulfilling its mandate to “promote and support the development and growth of the Philippine film industry,” the FDCP is casting itself as an art beacon for new talent, launching 180 to revitalize the Philippine Film Industry by populating the current Filmmaking Talent Pool with original, forward-thinking Artists.
