In the morning, on your way to school or work, and where ever you are any given time of the day. 

     The band's songs are made out of their passion for music, inspiration, and seldom times, out of boredom.

     Slamina is trying to produce different kinds of rock music. Not just punk and metal. Slamina wants people to see that ROCK is one of the best genres of music, STILL.

BRIEF HISTORY:

     Slamina was formed by three boys from Teacher's Village Quezon City. The band members were childhood friends and it just so happened that they decided to form the band later on their lives.

     During their high school days, Sai was already musically active while Ged was focused more on sports, particularly basketball. David was busy dirt biking.

     After graduating high school in 2007, being named MVP and many more numerous award regarding sports, Ged decided to seek for another so-called hobby so he ended up buying his first electric guitar and decided to form a rock and roll band. After jamming with a number of random people, Ged was informed that his childhood friend is playing the bass. Sai Maglalang. They decided to get along and jam with a session drummer. It only took them a few months of jamming random songs till they overheard a conversation that another childhood friend was "good" in playing the drums. David Bernabe.

     Ged and Sai had to find this out for themselves so they scheduled a jam with David. 

     It worked out for the three boys. After jamming and covering songs from various artists namely Nirvana, Wolfgang, Razorback, Mr.Big, Sandwich, Eheads, PNE, and more the band decided to write their own material and move on as a band.

     Till this present day Slamina continues to play gigs in different events around Metro Manila.
