At INC’s “Noises at the Park” to be held at Concert at The Park stage of Luneta Grounds Rizal Park Manila.

“Noises at the Park will wrap up the Sunday night of 6pm, May 2, 2010 with exciting performances from our local artists and a guest artist from japan. About INC

INC (Innovative Noise Collective) Founded 2004 by Ian Madrigal, is a network of multimedia art practitioners & musicians pushing for cultural, educational, and technological exchange on emerging intermedia art practices in the Philippines. INC hopes to draw attention to artists, their work, their perspectives and the complex interrelationships between technology, art and culture through various collaborative endeavors. INC is a contemporary Manila based sound/visual art collective that translates visual concepts into live experimental/electronic sound. It aims to cross over a non-conformist approach, applying and fusing genres of all times.
