Our rock brother- Charlie "Bong" Espiritu lead vocalist of the legendary punk/ hardcore outfit the Philippine Violators had a heart attack last March 28, 2011 and has undergone an operation procedure called angioplasty. He is currently confined at The Manila Doctors Hospital where he is recovering.

RockAsia Entertainment will assemble the best possible rock line-up to help raise money for his medical bills and expenses.

Charlie "Bong" Espiritu update: As of Saturday, April 9, 2011, the Philippine Violators frontman has been discharged from the hospital and was advised by his physicians to take a 6-week sabbatical. He will try to join us on the event date if given the clearance slip.
