Brace yourselves Philippines , because this February Ballarat bad boys Ennui Breathes Malice (Australia) is hitting up Asia to make some noise on their very first Asia TOUR. The boys’ will be in Manila, Philippines, on the 16th of February, to meet with sponsors and promote the tour . On the 18th they will be playing their first show alongside heavy metal giants Lamb Of God and Black Dahlia Murder as part of their Asia TOUR at the World Trade Centre under PULP production. 

To bring more chaos, Ennui Breathes Malice will be doing their own headline shows on the 19th of February (Sunday) at Saguijo Bar in Makati and another show in Laguna, Philippines on the 20th. Joining the fun to give Manila the moshing they deserve are metal/hardcore heavies Arcadia, Badburn , Piledriver,Tough Talk and April Morning Skies.



THE BAND Ennui Breathes Malice

After forming in 2007, 'Ennui Breathes Malice' Guitarist Ben Canty and Drummer Ashley Dunne began blending their various influences and passions, writing songs, whilst completing a suitable line up for the band.
In June 2007, Canty was involved in a high speed motor vehicle accident resulting in severe head and neck injuries.
With fractures to his skull and 6 vertebrae, a long and testing road of rehabilitation lay ahead -
This allowed Canty time to not only mend mentally and physically, but also the opportunity to write for Ennui Breathes Malice, whilst Dunne had groomed a solid and dedicated list of members.
It was not until January of 2008 that Ennui Breathes Malice made their inception, in a live format.....

In October of 2008 the boys released their debut EP 'Of Agony & Ecstasy' -
The disc acquired instant attention locally and abroad, depicting an intricate blend of beauty and brutality in each composition.
'OAAE' continues to sell well at shows and online to date, providing the boys with a loyal fan base, eager for their follow up efforts.

Several tours of the East Coast, Regional Victorian stints and shows with high profile acts such as Whitechapel, For The Fallen Dreams, The Red Shore, Five Star Prison Cell and Carpathian to name just a few, were all of great note for the band between the release of their EP and follow up full length 'Obsessive Repulsive' in early 2011.

After recently signing under IndieJam management, Ennui Breathes Malice have played with The Contortionist (USA) and War From A Harlots Mouth (Germany), the boys are now looking forward their upcoming Asian tour which includes them supporting heavy metal giants, The Black Dahlia Murder and Lamb Of God under PULP World LIVE productions.
