Hopefuls are required to send a recording of:
- the group's entry of their own original jazz composition;
- a live recording of a cover piece of jazz origin (not a "jazzified" piece), and;
- an accomplished application form and conforme.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Open to Filipinos and other nationalities residing in the Philippines.
Any band configuration with at least 3 members playing jazz in any of these forms: big band, jazz blues (NOT blues rock), contemporary/smooth, dixieland/new orleans, electronica, funk/groove, fusion, latin/world, straight-ahead/ mainstream, modern jazz, african, vocal, brazilian, free improv/avant-garde, classical, r&b/soul
No age limit. HOWEVER, An Entrant under the age of eighteen (18) shall require written parental consent to participate.
ALL members of the group must be UNSIGNED.
No existing artist management contract
