This exhibition titled “500” with the subtitle “A Liquid Love Series, 1521-2021” of Aba Lluch Dalena celebrates this quincentenary of Christianity in the Philippines in 2021. The Christian faith essentially teaches compassion, non-violence, love for others, peace, and kindness. Dalena’s 13th solo exhibition showcases the blood of Jesus Christ through Liquid Love which had been shed to save humankind. Liquid Love embodies the love of God and the love for God, humankind, and country. Liquid Love calls for a stop to wars, violence, and killings for love does not inflict harm on its neighbors.
