This gig will help fund the installation of a water pump for a community of Badjao in Batangas City. The community does not only suffer with the poor quality of water that causes water-borne diseases especially among the children, the Badjaos have also been enduring regular disruption in their water supply. While a water pump may not completely solve the community’s massive problem with water, it could greatly help in acquiring the daily water needs of the Badjao families.

The UN General Assembly in 2010 explicitly recognized the human right to water and sanitation. Yet, according to water.org, in the Philippines, nearly 7 million out of 105 Filipinos rely on unimproved, unsafe and unsustainable water sources, and more that 24 million lack access to improved sanitation.
Space Camper Productions x Titas of EDSA believe that access to clean water is essential for public health and is fundamental in improving the living standard of a community.
Thus, we are proud to release the complete line-up of UHAW: A Benefit Gig, a set of artists who are one with us with the mission to help Sitio Badjauan in Batangas.
