Call for Nominations

In recognition of artists, designers, cultural workers, academicians, and individuals who have been successful and prestigious in their respective careers since the foundation of UST School of Fine Arts in 1933 up to the present the UST Atelier Alumni Association is launching the very first Outstanding Atelier Thomasian Artist, Designer, Academician, Cultural Workers, and Individual Honours.

1. Outstanding Atelier Artist/Designer
2. Outstanding Atelier Cultural Worker
3. Outstanding Individual in Chosen Respective Field

🔘 Qualifications for nomination

1. A bonafide alumnus/alumna of UST CAFA/CFAD.
2. Alumnus/alumna residing in the country and abroad
3. Have consistently contributed and endeavored for the continuation and advancement of art, design, and cultural work in the creative field.
4. Have been influential and inspirational in their individual careers be it entrepreneurial and advocacy projects
5. Have served as an academician not only in CAFA/ CFAD but in other institutions for a decade or more
6. No self-nomination
7. Posthumous nomination is accepted
8. Must be nominated by a fellow alumnus/alumna bearing all the submission requirements.

🔘 Documentary Requirements

The following materials are to be accomplished by the Nominator

1. Signed Essay or Letter of intent answering why the nominee deserved the Outstanding Atelier Thomasian Artist, Designer, Cultural Worker, Academician, and Individual Honours (please indicate the category of the nominee among the listed Honours)
2. Nominee’s following details: a. Short Bionote; b. Curriculum Vitae; c. Contact details: Full Name, Address, Mobile No., Email. c. Portfolio of works and d. Proof of Merit which includes previous awards, project documentation, news clippings, write-ups, and certificates
3. Use Extra pages if necessary
4. All submission requirements must be submitted in 1 PDF File only.
5. PDF File Page Breakdown: (Please Label everything)

The Body reserves the right to ask for supporting documents from the applicants/nominees and prescribe form thereof for verification purposes if so needed.
