Paul Andrew F. Llante, also known as Andoy, came from Tigwi Torrijos, Marinduque. He graduated from Marinduque State College with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology Major in Drafting Technology. When he was only in Grade 3, he noticed that he had a talent for drawing, so he continued to pursue it until he finished his studies. He is currently the Focal person of Sinag Kultura Visual Arts organization in the town of Torrijos. This organization is composed of young individuals with exceptional talent in the arts. Aside from this, while pursuing his path as an artist, he also joined a competition back when he was in Senior High School. It was the National Level on-the-spot painting competition, and he achieved second place nationally. When he entered college, he tried his hand at the Department level On-the-spot poster making contest and won 1st place. He also participated twice in the Southern Tagalog Regional Association of State Universities and Colleges (STRASUC) and won third place on his first attempt and second place on his second attempt. The organization he handle is Visual Arts, where he help local artists enhance and showcase their talents. He have visited many schools to share his knowledge about painting.
“Because I also started from nothing, it is only right to give back to my fellow artists without asking for anything in return, because learning should be free!”
All his workshops are free of charge and he do not ask for anything in return. His only desire is to share his knowledge with his fellow local artists.
