Catch the Asian Culinary Exchange (ACE) 2021: Homecoming streaming via the Asia Society Philippines’ Youtube channel and Facebook page on Thursday, September 30 from 1:00pm to 5:30pm.
The event will honor and feature some of the most recognizable champions of Filipino cuisine, namely Doreen Fernandez, Maria Orosa, and Nora Daza.
An international panel of chefs will then discuss the modern culinary landscape and challenges of promoting Filipino food abroad. This will be followed by Chefs Thirdy Dolarte and Kevin “Nav” Navoa of Hapag with Lampara’s RJ Ramos, Linamnam’s Don Baldosano, and Berbeza Bistro’s Don Colmenares for a segment on the importance of modernizing Filipino dishes.
