#ExtendTheLove Cinema Series presents “ACTORS’ CUE,” a live session on FB gathering actors from different generations as they let us into their process in creating their memorable characters in the big screen, for the benefit of our film and television workers affected by the quarantine.

For its first live Facebook session, some of the best actresses of Philippine cinema will discuss their films and interact with the viewers.

Elizabeth Oropesa

She was a beauty queen before starring in different acclaimed films and becoming one of the few actors scoring a grand slam – winning all top Best Actress plums in 1999.

Jaclyn Jose

She is the first Southeast Asian to win the Best Actress at Festival de Cannes in 2016. She’s a brewing storm- her rise as an acting powerhouse is evident in her unique performances and choice of films early on in her career.

Lorna Tolentino

From a child performer, she matured into an actor willing to take risks in the character choices she makes. And it paid off as she earned acclaim for her portrayals earning her a slot in the elite circle of actors who scored a grand slam by winning all major Best Actress nods in 1993.

Gina Alajar

She started her career as a child star and later on blossomed into one of Philippine cinema’s finest. True to her committed portrayals, she won a back-to-back Gawad Urian Best Actress in 1980 and 1981.

Sandy Andolong

She‘s a reliable actress – jumping from one genre to the other effortlessly. She nabbed the FAMAS Best Supporting Actress for her nuanced performance in Marilou Diaz-Abaya’s “Moral.”
