Japanese Sit-down Comedy
ANA and the Japan Foundation, Manila will host Japanese Sit-down comedy (Rakugo) “ANA Yose” in Manila and Davao City
All Nippon Airways (ANA), in cooperation with the Japan Foundation, Manila, will host ANA Yose Rakugo in English on January 26, 2019 at the Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium, Makati City.

The Rakugo artist sits on a cushion and, using only a Japanese fan (sensu) and a hand towel (tenugui) as props, reenacts well-loved stories by playing out different characters. Currently, it is said that 800 professional Rakugo performers exist in Japan.
