Brain-based learning. Mozart Effect. Metacognition. Left and Right Brain. Multiple Intelligences.
Curious about how these words relate to education and learning? Is there evidence-based research behind these concepts? Habi Education Lab collaborates with education neuroscientist and school developer Mary Llenell Paz (Language and Cognition Lab, Teachers College, Columbia University, NY) to bring you this month’s Open Lab workshop.
Let’s talk about the relevant concepts and research topics and BUST them one by one—by debunking old and tired myths and highlighting the relevant facts.“BustED: A workshop on critical thinking and neuro-education for teachers” will be held at one of our favorite facilities, The Mind Museum at Bonifacio Global City.
This session is open to everyone, come spend your Saturday afternoon with fellow educators, researchers, scientists, students and all lifelong learners!
