Cacao Banlaw welcomes artists, art-world professionals, the art community, and cultural workers of all kinds to a gathering rooted in clarity, serenity, and ceremony. Engage in a cacao ritual, a heart-opening practice, setting the tone for shared exploration, prompted by Gerome Soriano’s exhibition ‘Trying to find something better,’ navigating possibilities in the increasingly hyper-rational world. ‘Banlaw,’ or ‘rinse,’ embodies a space for sincere dialogue and reflection among cultural stakeholders. This event invites a collective rinsing away of the complexities, fostering genuine connections and exchange of hopes for “something better.”
