Frances Valera is a multimedia artist based in Manila, Philippines. She graduated Bachelor of Arts in Production Design from De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde.
She has worked as a Multimedia designer, Video editor and Projection Designer since 2017, with works that range from theater, events to exhibits.
Ces was also a part of the official Philippine delegation to the 9th Internationale Festival de Mont-Laurier in Canada last 2019 with BOGT Philippines, where they brought the same production they will bring to THEATERWELTEN, Germany this October 2022, “13th of September”.
