Golda King (b.1983, Philippines) has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Painting from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, California. Currently based in Cebu, she has been awarded residencies in Vermont (USA), Laugarvatn (Iceland), Champagne-Ardenne (France) and Studio Kura, Itoshima (Japan).
In this new collection of works, she interprets vegetal themes with her distinctive watercolor, graphite, and gouache with pointillism references. This exhibition also contains body of works in pen and ink from her 2017 Studio Art Residency in Vermont.
