The Creative Communities Unite: An Intercity Gathering is a three-day conference this 9-11 August 2019 co-created by hub managers and founders from the Philippines. It brings together the country’s creative hubs through a networking and skills building platform.
The event is also the culmination of the Creative Innovators Fellowship, which launched last year and received applications from 84 hubs all over the Philippines. The positive response revealed a good number of creative hubs emerging in the country. The programme aims to drive the synergy between creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship for social impact.
Two hundred creative hub managers, community leaders and creative entrepreneurs from Metro Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao and other cities from the Philippines are invited to attend, share best practices and explore potential collaborative opportunities. Representatives from the United Kingdom and Southeast Asia will also be invited to talk about the creative scene in their own cities.
