Magno, Ph.D. on September 7, October 19, and November 23, 2014 at the University Hotel, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City. At the end of the seminar-workshop, the participants shall be able to:

• Conceptualize a proposal on scale development aligned with a specific framework and method
• Gather data and use statistical software to report results
• Use the APA style in writing manuscript for publication
• Publish the manuscript in an international journal
