The Design Center of the Philippines, an attached agency of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), invites you to participate in the Good Design Award Philippines.
As the country’s only national agency for design, Design Center is committed to cultivating a culture that thrives on creativity, value creation, and innovation. Beyond championing the value of good design, Design Center inspires creative industries to create human-centered products, services, and spaces that make an impact in the Philippines and in the world.
Now on its third edition, Good Design Award Philippines is a national, biennial design excellence recognition system that seeks to recognize outstanding design works made and systems executed in the Philippines that enrich the quality of human life. It is anchored on the three pillars of Good Design: Form, Function, Innovation, with the addition of the Filipino value of malasakit (compassion).
Through Good Design Award Philippines, Design Center seeks to honor designs, products, projects, and services that address social and environmental challenges and enable inclusive sustainable economic growth.
We would like to invite you to submit your entry/ies and get the chance to show the world what true Philippine design excellence means with your work. The deadline for submission is on 29 February 2024, 23:59H (Philippine Time, UTC +8 hours).
