“in:Transit – Manila x Toronto” is the 2nd installment of the Bigkas Pilipinas poetry series of compilations. It is the spoken word poetry of two cities, Manila, Philippines and Toronto, Canada. The locales are different but the themes are unified . These poems are stories of longing; for love, for a place in the world, for an answer to the question “who am I?”. Most of all, these poems illustrate the fact that true beauty lies not in the final destination but in the continuing journey that first began at the beginning of time.
