David Santos (Jesse Perkins) is a popular student from National High and the star of the championship basketball team. His world gets rocked when he discovers rival competing high school basketball player Jake Anderson (Christian Perkins) bleeding and dying. David struggles with his confidence as Jake, forced to leave his private school academy because of drugs, transfers to National and becomes very popular. An overprotective father, Ed Santos (Tirso Cruz) always preaching to David only makes matters worse as David feels alone. Jake fights to escape his dark past and persistent pursuit by bad friends, while angry at his father, John Anderson (Stephen Baldwin) who is estranged from his wife and too busy for Jake. National High School Guidance Counselor Mr. Soriano (Cesar Montano), who himself has an unknown past, acts as a spiritual advisor to both boys. David and Jake will make choices before graduation – but time is running out, for both.

About the Perkins Twins

The Perkins Twins are a California Pop Duo, currently on tour in the Philippines promoting their upcoming movie, Kaibigan, starring Stephen Baldwin and introducing the twins. Described as Role Models for the Youth, their first EP was all-Tagalog, with the signature song Ikaw Na by Vehnee Saturno. Their second EP, Can’t Stop included songs written by the Twins. Their new “soundtrack” album will be released soon. The Perkins Twins advocate no drugs, no drinking, no bulling, no smoking, purity and the love of Jesus. The Perkins Twins have visited over 800 schools, working with DepEd and endorsed by the Philippine National Police and the Dangerous Drugs Board – and even endorsed by President Duterte of the Philippines. The Perkins Twins believe in abstinence from bad influences with the conviction that the first “anything” could kill you; and if it does not kill, there may be serious consequences either here on earth or when we meet our Savior.
