Celebrate the Women’s Month at the #NationalMuseumPH by joining the “Paper Art Borlas de Pastillas: Lecture, Demonstrations, and Workshop” on 14 March 2020 at the Ayala Hall, National Museum of Anthropology from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This program features the paper art borlas de pastillas or sweet carabao’s milk candy wrapper of Malolos, Bulacan. It aims to highlight the significant contribution of women borlas makers in preserving the art of making intricate paper wrappers with cut-out tassels which has been passed down through generations.
