Some of the greatest musicians and performers from all over the world gather for a one-of-a-kind festival that highlights the exciting musical sounds and infectious rhythms of drums and other percussion. PINTIG, A Percussion Festival, marks the biggest gathering of performing artists in the country today.

The three-day virtual festival boasts of highly-engaging activities for everyone, that includes performances, clinics, master classes, workshops and panels given by the finest artists in the country. The festival activities showcase all areas of percussion: drum set, marching, keyboard, symphonic, world, recreational, education, music technology, new music, and health & wellness.

PINTIG features the performances of over thirty of the most recognizable performing artists in the field of percussion. Apart from beautiful performances, a series of workshops will also be offered exclusively to Percussive Arts Society members.

PINTIG, A Percussion Festival is a project of the CCP Office of the President’s SINING SIGLA Program. Under the leadership of CCP President Arsenio “Nick” LIzaso, this program aims to continuously reach out to the public, even in the midst of the pandemic, by providing artistic and culturally-relevant content online. Past programs include ‘Jazz Stay At Home’ (Jazz Festival), ‘MALA’ (Movies Adapted from Literary Arts), ‘Sigla ng Pasko,’ and ‘Awit at Dula: Pagbabalik-tanaw sa Unang Hari ng Balagtasan.’
