Amidst the busyness of modern life, we often neglect giving enough attention for the care of our physical and psychic heart. Pintig-Buhay is an opportunity to pause and be present to the heart as it is connected to the body, mind and spirit.

Through this event, we are providing a space for people to connect to the life-nourishing rhythm of the heart. Focused on Heart-Wellbeing and Love, we intend to foster personal health that can be transmuted to social health as persons are connected in their school/work setting and also with the environment.

> Participants are encouraged to bring mats to sit and lie on, drum or other handy musical instruments. There will be some organic food and other crafts to be sold.
