QCPC History and Legacy
Mission: To unite photographers both amateurs and professionals in promoting Quezon City as a photo-friendly community.
Vision: Quezon City to become the Photography Capital of the Philippines
Meaning of QCPC logo:
Ancient black and white color symbolize the foundation of photography. The primary definition of photography is “drawing with light”. To instill the memory of one of its founders, the iconic Quezon memorial pylon represents its emblem. The camera is a tool for capturing moments and the three-dimensional (3D) character effect is about EXIF, exposure, lighting, and angles. QCPC seeks to promote and develop the art and science of photography and the rich culture, heritage, faces, and places of QC through photography.
