As is the tradition of Kaida Contemporary for its year-end exhibitions, Under The Broad Umbrella brings together a select group of established and young artists to exhibit works of varying styles and mediums, in support of the gallery’s continuing effort to showcase the best of what contemporary talent has to offer.
For more than a decade, Kaida Contemporary has allowed its walls to serve as a platform for artists to piece together tales and stories through their art, encouraging them to leave behind the familiar and resolutely explore the unknown. Works of varying themes and subjects, depicting both the ordinary and the fantastical, decorate the gallery’s spaces. In an age where art has never been more relevant, this exhibit seeks to provide a space wherein artists may find a refuge for their art, and where they may be viewed without partiality and prejudice.
