Cultural Center of the Philippines, Tanghalang Pilipino, and Writer’s Bloc present Virgin Labfest 15: Titibuk-tibok which is set to make the hearts of their patrons beat with 12 new, untried, unstaged, and untested plays from different walks of life.
The bold festival once more gives Philippine theater fresh new perspectives that had simply made their way to the four corners of the stage. Just as attraction, loss and the the struggles of daily living make the heart beat and react, so do the plays speak to each of us. Each work is a culmination of the playwrights’ journey. What better way to share these experiences than in the intimate spaces of theater?
