In this mini duo show, Lehn and Christine explore the relationship between human existence and the actual realities we are currently in. All art works were done digitally, printed and juxtaposed with traditional hand painted mediums.

Lehn Shih mostly tells her visual stories through fairytales. We find girls lost in thought among a forest of flowers that shadow and protect, possibly, from reality. Lehn is a licensed interior designer, and was a primary school art teacher who always illustrated on the side. Now living in Manila, she runs her own studio, which focuses on unique, hand-made stationary with her illustrations.

Christine R. Bay creates realities that overlap. Nature and human nature become inseparable. Girls appear fused with a pineapple, and in another, she is among flowers, embracing them for comfort. Christine illustrates mental states that make us think and her wayward reality is a quiet uprising. Christine has participated in a number of group shows, including the Tokyo International Art Fair 2018, All Can Be Frida 2018 with Espacio Gallery (London), Catharsis Group Show 2019 at The Substation (Singapore) and the online Small Works Show 2021 with Penumbra Art Gallery (Portugal).
