[+] 3.03: The 21st Century PLUS Mutant X’mas Special

PLUS has a regular, last-Thursday slot at Conspiracy Garden Cafe but, because it falls on the 25th of December, we’re doing it on the 18th, instead.

this is a collaborative X’mas Special by PLUS: The Art Collective [Propelled by Learning via Unbridled Synergy], Monkeyneering Soc, Tropang Putik Mountaineers, The BACKPACKERS, and Ka Eskwela.

we’ll be charging P100/head at the gate for the entrance fee but, this time around, the preforming artists themselves will not be spared from that, as we’re doing this in the spirit of gift-giving.

50% of the fund raised from the entrance fees [and cash donations, if any] will be donated to www.kaeskwela.org for its beneficiary schools and/or schoolkids in various parts of the country.

the other 50% will be for 10 girls and 10 boys [of ages 10yrs and below] whom we will have carefully selected by december 15 to invite over at the venue [with the guide[s]/usher[s] & travel fare covered] for some free dinner, puppet show, film-showing, etc.

as usual, we will be more than happy to accept donations in cash and in kind, i.e. used or new clothing, pencils, notebooks, pad paper, etc., at the venue, so please bring and share your surplus that you no longer use.

8:00pm-8:30pm – interactive talk/demo by Rain Pascua c/o Hazel Pascua
8:30pm-8:45pm – film-showing [short cartoon clips] 8:45pm-9:15pm – interactive PERCUSSION SHOW by Jean Paul Zialcita; he’ll be handing out a free copy of
Little Aquadrummer Boy to everyone who comes to the event

Grownups’ Segment:
