Vegan Food Festival
March 23 – 24, 2019
Plaza Cristo Rey
Poblacion, Makati City
The Yogi Fair is a two-day vegan weekend food festival where folks can gather and celebrate the Yoga lifestyle – a lifestyle that promotes polishing one’s mindset, heartset, healthset, and soulset. At Yogi Fair, expect to nourish your kitchen pantry and your spiritual pantry.
It was first launched in August 2013 at My Little Art Place, in San Juan City and is back to host a series of fairs again in the heart of Makati city, Poblacion.
At the fair you can expect 40+ booths with your favorite Filipino meal translated to a vegan form while surrounding yourself with eco-friendly products and other reasonably priced handcrafted creations by experienced and emerging art-repreneurs suitable for a mindful lifestyle.
Yogi Fair aims to be a go-to weekend market in the Metro that promotes mindfulness and the vegan lifestyle. Additionally, every fair aims to engage the residents of Barangay Poblacion through an art-based program that will help raise awareness and educate the children of the community on climate change.
Yogi Fair wants to bring out Yoga practitioners out of their yoga mats and local artists out of their studios to gather and celebrate all things Yoga and local-made. It hopes to support local artisans and promote advocacies on animal rights, buying local products, zero waste, and the environment to help raise awareness on the climate crisis.
Yogi Fair is the brainchild of artist/musician, Nityalila Saulo who came up with an idea to organize a weekend market so that she could hang out more with individuals who shared the same lifestyle.
