โTrillion Peso March” is a planned series of mass demonstrations in the Philippines set for September 21, 2025. Organized by church groups, civil society organizations, labor unions, and political coalitions, the protests respond to alleged corruption in government flood control infrastructure projects.

โSept. 21 marks a gloomy chapter in our history when [Ferdinand] Marcos Sr. placed the country under Martial Law. We reclaim Sept. 21 as a day of national resistance and unity against plunder, corruption and dynasties,โ Pedrosa said.
Simultaneous rallies are also set across the country on Sept. 21 with actions happening in Baguio City, Cebu City, Bacolod City, Iloilo City, and Tacloban City, among others.

Organizers of the EDSA rally are urging participants to wear white shirts as a symbol of unity and hope. There is no known dress code for participants of the Luneta rally in the morning.
Heavy congestion is likely around Luneta in the morning and along EDSA near White Plains in the afternoon. The MMDA and police are expected to enforce rerouting near the protest sites.
