FICTION LAB
Open to eight (8) projects at the development stage in the following formats: feature films, series, or animation. Projects shall have a director/writer, producer, and a projected financing in place.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Duly accomplished Application Form
- Logline (50 words), Synopsis (1 page), and Concept/Treatment (up to 10 pages) • Director’s & producer’s statements (up to 2 pages)
- Director’s & screenwriter’s filmographies (1 page)
- Producers filmography (1 page) & production company profile (1 page)
- Rights to Adaptation if applicable
All requirements must be submitted in separate PDF documents.
CREATIVE PRODUCERS LAB
Open to eight (8) producers, with or without affiliation to production companies, who will discuss key areas of production: project development, legal &financial issues, and company development
REQUIREMENTS:
- Duly accomplished Application Form
- Letter of Intent
- Filmography
- Production company profile
- Project dossier, if available
- High-definition profile photo (.JPG format)

STORY EDITING LAB
Open to three (3) aspiring script consultants, scriptwriters, heads of development in production companies, or commissioning editors of broadcasters.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Duly accomplished Application Form
- Letter of Intent
- Filmography
- Production company profile
- High-definition profile photo (.JPG format)

FIRST CUT LAB
Open to three (3) feature film projects at the editing stage. Participants will receive mentorship to enhance their projects’ creative vision and potential for international circulation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Duly accomplished Application Form
- Logline (50 words), Synopsis (1 page)
- Director’s & producer’s statements (Up to 2 pages)
- Director’s & editor’s filmographies (1 page)
- Producer’s filmography (1 page) & production company profile (1 page)
- High-definition profile photo (.JPG format)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
to be submitted on or before February 1, 2024:
- Minimum of 30 minutes of scenes from the film with English subtitles. Scenes can be separate and can be in the rough cut.

GUIDELINES
- Applications are open to filmmakers from the Philippines and other Southeast Asian countries: Brunei, Cambodia, East-Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
