Rosscapili’s Solo Exhibit focuses on trees and serves as a window that gives viewers a peek into the thin line that divides the dream world and the real world, showcasing the metamorphoses of silhouette trees into the more amorphous and universal expression of beauty found in the natural world.
In this exhibition, he continues his examination of abstraction as a platform for a practice based upon the combined power of technique, compositional nous and nostalgic resonance. Nine (9) new acrylic on canvas including 4 metal sculptures which will be unveiled for the first time will be on display to demonstrate the artist’s philosophy and his desire to live this earth in the presence of trees.
