Philippine Independent Film Festival 2022
From August 5 to 14, 2022, all 11 full-length films and 12 short features will run at various CCP theaters–Tanghalang Nicanor Aberlardo or the Main Theater, Tanghalang Aurelio Tolentino or the Little Theater, Tanghalang Huseng Batute or the Studio Theater, and Tanghalang Manuel Conde or the Dream Theater.
From August 10 to 17, 2022, the films will be shown in selected commercial theaters nationwide, followed by community and campus screenings from August 22 to 29, 2022.
From October 17 to 31, 2022, the movies will have online streaming to accommodate people in the comfort of their homes.
Aside from the 11 full-length films and 12 short features, this year’s Cinemalaya will also show opening and closing films, which as of writing time remained unrevealed, retrospective Cinemalaya entries, tributes to the works of late directors, and book launches.
