The Angeles City Government, under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. launch the ‘Kalalangan Katimauan’ (Art for Peace and Freedom) exhibit, in celebration of Peace Consciousness and Democracy Month.
It will feature the artworks of 26 local artists at the Marquee Mall Exhibit Area, from September 5 to 18, 2022.
The said exhibit which aims to help struggling local artists will be open to the public.
It is one of the priority programs of Mayor Lazatin to provide an avenue to showcase the works of local artists.
The Angeles City Tourism Office headed by Anneleen Antonio-Sugui, under the supervision of Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, continues to host numerous art exhibits featuring local artists.
