Closing out the Timplada livestreams with what the exhibit is all about: FOOD!

Join on December 4 and 11, as culinary friends from La Flamme Bleue Center for Culinary Arts take us through a cooking demonstration that would make anyone around the world hungry! Chef Richard Gallego will be talking about one of Iloilo’s best dishes, Tinuom, while Chef Darwin and Chef Sharmaine will guide us on how to prepare an Ilonggo Noche Buena Platter!

What better way to show the art of Ilonggo cuisine through a demo cooking on this well-loved local dish. Tinuom is a native chicken soup seasoned with onions, tomatoes and tanglad wrapped in banana leaves. Join us in this cooking demo hosted by Chef Richard Gallego from La Flame Bleue Center for Culinary Arts!
