     Tyranny Of Solidity was founded by mark bellido (manila), john paul d'ayott (manila), and mike balasa (q.c.); and the band was established in early 2009. It consists of five members, the first line-up would be mark (drums), john paul (guitar), mike (guitar), buboy/dale (bassist), and ron (vox). In late 2009, the vox and bassist became inactive in the band; and fortunately they found faust to do the vocals. When faust came to the band, the genre changed to melodic black with the lyrics that faust wrote. Late 2009, john paul decided to handled bass to start spreading their music thru gigs. In 2010, Faust needs to reside at Cagayan and unfortunately he left the band. However, a couple of days later Mike found Jm Herera (vox), and Jm decided to get a bassist. A month after, Jm hired Cyrics Ramon to play bass. Both members offer their own musical stylings, JM with his vocal style based on the more brutal forms of death metal and grincore, and Cyrics with his musicality that leans towards raw evil black metal. Finally, the pieces have fallen into place. The group made a united decision to shift their style to a dark blend of melodic death metal, and they started spreading their music thru active gigging, and also thru social networking sites.

     Musical Style: The guitar stylistics of their two axemen utilizes harmonic minor scale, diminished appregio, and minor appregio's. The guitarists are influenced by Yngwie malmstein, Rob Marcello, Luca Turilli, Jason Becker, Michael Angelo Batio, and Michael Romeo. While the drums used staccato, blastbeat oftentimes, and some complicated patterns. Vocal stylings range from brutal gutturals to high pitched screams. Lyrical themes are commonly about death, the occult, the human condition, and pure hatred

     Like the name suggests, Tyranny of Solidity imposes their will as a five-headed well-oiled killing machine bent on imposing their power through Melodic Death Metal. Though some members left the band but all five members joined forces and are still continuing to spread their music to all.
