Lucky San Francisco! Film curators Joel Shepard and Philbert Ortiz Dy curated an impressive program from June 11-15 at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. Titled, “New Filipino Cinema 2014”, the selection includes features, documentaries, and the experimental wave covering a very potent lineup! You cannot miss this!

New Filipino Cinema is the most comprehensive portrait of contemporary film from the Philippines held anywhere in the world. Take some vacation days and join us June 11 through 15, as we take a deep dive into the cinema of this remarkable country.
