An event created to save the #braveLittleSoldier, #SimonEthan, age 6, who is battling against #BrainCancer.

Last year, early September was the time any parent would dread for. Through a CT scan, the doctors initial finding was medulloblastoma. A malignant tumor of the central nervous system arising in the cerebellum. A high grade fast growing tumor. Since it’s fast growing, Simon needed to undergo an operation. Imagine the Dels of pain that this brave little soldier (and he is just a 6 year-old boy) needed to endure. That was a whole lot. And so do his parents.

After his operation last September 20, 2016, it was confirmed that it’s #MedulloBlastoma.

The news was again a lightning bolt struck directly to his parents’ hearts. That’s perhaps an understatement because nothing can parallel a parent’s pain when it comes to his/her child’s suffering. But because of Simon’s palpable strength and courage, their faith is not even shaken and they are determined that they will make it through.

#Simon is still at the Philippine General Hospital. It has been his home for 5 months now. But this little man always says he’s okay and never complains (unless the pain’s too strong to bear). He is fond of telling stories that you’ll forget he’s sick. But recently, he’s having a difficulty talking since breathing is hard for him and he needs oxygen as support. He is not yet well that’s why we are asking your good heart to help us raise funds for him. All for his hospitalization, radiation, antibiotics, a series of laboratory tests, and all the medicines that he needs and will be needing.

We’ll be having an #ExhibitForACause that will run from Feb. 14 – Mar. 18, 2017 at Patio Marina, Fairlane Subdivision, Tarlac City (5pm-7pm) c/o Mark Turla. Please come and see the beautiful photos & paintings made by talented local artists from Tarlac. We’ll all be pleased to see you all there (and please buy ☺️).
