Have you ever had that feeling when your vacation comes to an end? Ever wished you had the power to freeze time and immortalize that moment? That is exactly how we feel. To stay longer feels exhilarating but no matter how hard we wish for things to last – for the time to stop, life doesn’t work that way.
Everything has an end. Our precious Macbook becomes outdated, our dream vacations turn into plain plans, even our marriage ends up in separation. Our loved ones perish. Even our lives wither and it’s hard to deal with. How do we cope with it?
Embracing reality will allow us to shift our perspective from holding on to letting go. Let go and fill your heart with gratitude instead of wishing to freeze time. Relationships, material possessions and other life experiences – let go of the things you hold dear. Be grateful that it happened.
