CATEGORIES AND ENTRY GUIDELINES
DSLR PHOTO CATEGORY
Photos that were shot using any brand of DSLR camera
1. Email to tofarmphotovideo@gmail.com the following:
a) Under Subject place: DSLR PHOTOS CATEGORY
b) The brand and model of camera used;
c) The location where the photo was taken; and
d) The title of each entry.
2. Attach with the email the following:
a) Accomplished pdf entry form (downloadable from www.tofarm.org )
b) Not more than three (3) digital photos with specifications as specified in item # 4.
3. Each entry to be attached with the email must be in the following specifications:
a) Format: JPEG in Adobe RGB color space
b) Quality: Fine
c) Size: Small
d) Mode: Color or monochrome
4. All entries must be shot in Large Fine. For purposes of submission, DO NOT SUBMIT THE ORIGINAL SHOTS. For verification purposes, the judges can request the submission of the original unedited files.
5. Except for cropping, color correction, and brightness and contrast adjustments, no content of the photograph can be altered by adding, rearranging, reversing, distorting or removing people and/or objects from within the frame (except sensor dusts). No compositing is allowed. No HDR either produced in-camera or image-editing software.
6. Please note: the top three entries will be asked to submit a high resolution copy of the chosen entry in the following:
a. Format: JPEG in Adobe RGB color space
b. Quality: Fine
c. Pixel Dimension of not lower than: 3300 x 4200 pixels
d. Mode: the same as the submitted entry.
NON-DSLR PHOTO CATEGORY
Photos that were taken using any camera like point and shoot, mobile phones, and tablets.
1. Email to tofarmphotovideo@gmail.com the following:
a. Under Subject place: NON-DSLR PHOTOS CATEGORY
2. Attach to the email the following:
a. accomplished pdf entry form (downloadable from www.tofarm.org)
b. not more than two photo entries in the jpg format.
VIDEO (INFOMERCIAL) CATEGORY
Taken using any HD or DSLR camera
1. Upload 1-minute video via Youtube.
2. Email to tofarmphotovideo@gmail.com the following:
a. Under Subject place: VIDEO CATEGORY
b. Youtube link.
3. Attached to the email the accomplished pdf entry form (downloadable from www.tofarm.org )
4. Once chosen as finalist, be ready to submit the high resolution digital footage.
CONTEST RULES:
- This contest is open to everybody residing in the Philippines.
- Participating individuals must send their entries to our official email address: tofarmphotovideo@gmail.com. Photo and Video entries sent to our other TOFARM email addresses will not be honored.
- Entries must not show the name of the photographer/videographer (the Participant).
- The Participant represents and warrants that the photos or videos (entries) submitted are his/her own work and he/she owns the copyright to the said entries.
- The Participant represents and warrants that the submitted entries have not been entered in any contest or published in any printed or online publication prior to this contest.
- The participant represents and warrants that he/she has the model release which can be presented upon demand.
- TOFARM (the Organizer) will have exclusive use to all the winning entries as submitted for a period of five (5) years.
- The participant represents and warrants that the submission of his/her entries do not breach any law, and further that no third party can hold any claims or any objection to the rights granted herein to the Organizer.
- The participant will hold the Organizer harmless of any claims from third parties related hereto.
- The judging of this competition will be based on content, composition, technique, creativity and impact.
- The Organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
- The Organizer and its agencies reserve the right to use the winning photos and/or the name of the Participants for the purpose of publicity, advertising and/or trade without the need for prior compensation or notice.
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, change or amend this contest and its Rules and Regulations prior to the submission of entries.

Announcement of official finalists: October 23, 2018
