“With Hope Comes a New Day” celebrates the ways artists envision the world despite its current state, exploring it with hope, energy, passion, playfulness and above all, with the commitment to questioning the invention that comes out of each artist’s work. Optimism is a mental attitude reflecting a belief or hope that the outcome will be positive. When the participating artists made their artworks for this exhibit, the word optimism came to my mind. Wanting to share a positive message during these uncertain times, “optimism” expressed each one’s feelings and which gave them inspirations of hope.
