our good friends, Sally Geronimo Ibarrola & Ulysses Ibarrola, have just been blessed with a second child, a baby girl named Elyda Liv, on may 18, 2014. this bundle of joy, however, carried with her something for her parents and her parents’ friends to worry about: she was diagnosed with a very rare pathology called CHD TOF [congenital heart disease – tetralogy of fallot] with absent pulmonary valve.
baby Elyda Liv’s situation requires two separate surgeries: the first one during her very early infancy — that is, as soon as possible — and the second during her childhood, with daily/monthly medical regimen to boot in-between and beyond.
PLUS is mounting this benefit gig @ Conspiracy Bar and Garden Cafe on a regular basis for baby Elyda Liv, considering how overwhelming a psychoemotional and financial struggle this is for her parents.
