đ ABOUT PINOY PLAYLIST MUSIC FESTIVAL
Pinoy Playlist Music Festival (PPMF) is a 6-day celebration of Filipino musical talent across genres and across generations. The Music Festival is co-curated by National Artist for Music Maestro Ryan Cayabyab, Moy Ortiz and Noel Ferrer.
Pinoy Playlist is a unique OPM music festival as it allows the audience to discover & appreciate a range of genres â from vocal groups, solo, bands, classic, indigenous, theater, pop, and collaborations in between these forms â to celebrate the evolving nature of Filipino music.
In this festival, a community of both the young and older generations come together to support and appreciate the wide array of performances to see.
âWe would like to show the many facets of Filipino music in the most varied styles, in three different venues that offer three types of atmospheres, hence an experience like no other if you flit from one space to another.â – from an interview of Bandwagon.PH with the curators
Pinoy Playlist 2019 is presented by the BGC Arts Center and Sun Life Foundation.
