Goût de France 2026

GoOt de France (Good France), an annual gastronomic festival celebrating French cuisine, is back in the Philippines this May 2026!

The French culinary festival will return at the Makati Street Meet along Paseo de Roxas Avenue on the weekend of May 16 to 17, brought to you by the Embassy of France to the Philippines and in Micronesia, Ayala Land, and Taste of France.

The GoOt de France Street market will offer residents and visitors of Makati a taste of French« street food», crepes, pastries and other delights together with wines, liqueurs coffees and other beverages. In addition to the street market, the public can also enjoy open-air film screenings at Ayala Triangle Gardens, offering a relaxed cultural experience as you picnic with French food and wine.

On Saturday, May 16, the public will be entertained and introduced to the preparation of some French dishes in live cooking demonstrations by world-renowned chefs from Enderun Colleges Ecole Ducasse and Le Cordon Bleu Ateneo de Manila, presented by Lacanche, the premier cooking ranges from Burgundy. On Sunday, May 17, witness the Course des gar<;ons de cafe or Waiter’s Race, a French tradition of cafe servers competing on who is fastest to bring you an unspilled bottle of cold Evian water.

Let the music transport you further to the cobble stoned streets of Paris with the melodies from Eric Soulard’s accordeon, the jazz rhythms from the Didactic Doodling Guitar Trio, and the Cote D’Azur DJ Set of JB Bolanos.

From May 16 to 31, pay a visit to French and Filipino bistros and restaurants, including those featured in the Michelin Guide, who will offer special French menu to satisfy your craving. Endless thanks to the French restaurants bringing bold, diverse flavors to the Philippines’ international dining scene.
