Concert no. 1: The Music of Legends
Season 2015-2016 will open in June in grand style, with legendary Philippine Pianist Ingrid Sala Santamaria performing Beethoven’s “Emperor Concerto” in tandem with MSO’s Music Director Prof. Arturo Molina.
Beethoven’s “Leonore Overture,” which MSO performed at its inaugural concert way back in 1926, will open the program while Brahms’ Symphony No. 2 in D Major will showcase MSO’s and professor Molina’s masterful rendition of these orchestral classics.
