Feminist French Film Festival goes to Cebu
|The French Film festival in Manila turned Feminist in 2024, featuring a lineup of films by the new generation of female directors, showcasing powerful stories and insightful portraits of women and girls in the modern society. In this Women’s Month, the Feminist French Film Festival goes to Cebu, in partnership with SM Supermalls, from March 28 to 30 at SM Cebu. Through the years, the festival has offered audiences a taste of French culture, glimpse of Paris and the countryside, as well as a feel of French society through romance, comedy, drama, action. This time the selection of films focuses on women and girls in their different roles they play in society, as a student, an athlete, a friend, a lover.
