Rebecca Estrella, a New York native currently based in the same city, is a contemporary painter specializing in abstract expressionism and is best known for her commissioned works loosely inspired by cityscapes and topographical shapes and forms.
Using abstraction to explore and reflect on the human experience, her work invites viewers to engage with emotions through a non-representational lens.
She currently works as a multidisciplinary designer and illustrator for The Players’ Tribune and is a two-time winner of the American Illustration award.
