Rhythm of Terrains is a personal exploration of the evolution of identity born from navigating the intricate landscapes of young adulthood and straddling two cultural worlds as a second-generation Filipino American. This collection serves as a visual chronicle of the journey through these transformative phases of life, where I have sought to understand and embrace the complex interplay of culture, identity, and growth.
Through dynamic brushwork and vibrant colors, these abstract compositions are meant to capture the kaleidoscope of experiences and communicate the shifts, fluidity, and intricacies of self-discovery.
Rhythm of Terrains offers an empathetic mirror to reflect upon the beauty and depth that arise from the ways we choose to traverse the terrains of the ever-evolving ego.
